The above tours will be arranged on a charter basis.
 
TARIFF FOR CHARTER SERVICES
A. HIRE CHARGES FOR HI-TECH & MINI COACHES
Hi-tech Mini
a)  0-5 Hrs.-50 kms. Rs.2150/- Rs.1800/-
b)  Minimum 10 kms. is charged for every extra hour (or) actual kilometres run whichever is higher at Rs.20/- per km. for Hi-tech coach and Rs.15/- for Mini coach.
c)  10% Discount is allowed on tours more than 72 hours.
d)  Fraction of an hour is treated as full hour for computation of kilometres run.
B. TOYOTA QUALIS (A/c Non A/c)
a)  0-5 Hrs. - 50 Kms. Rs.750/- Rs.500/-
b)  Minimum 10 Kms. is charged for every extra hour (or) Actual kilometerage whichever is higher at Rs.12/- for A/c and Rs.9/- for Non A/c cars per km.
C. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CHARTER SERVICES 
a)  The hirer should submit his tour programme in advance.
b)  Kilometres will be counted from the garage.
c)  The timings will be reckoned from the time the vehicle starts from the garage.
d)  20% estimated tour advance extra should be deposited before the commencement of the tour.
e)  A Reservation fee of Rs.100/- will be collected along with the tour advance.
f)  No over load will be allowed.
g)  If any hire contract is cancelled, the Reservation fee shall be forfeited in addition to cancellation charges.
h)  The inter state taxes and other taxes if any should be borne by the hirer.
i)  The permit fee shall be borne by the hirer.
j)  The hirer shall be responsible in guiding the driver on the route.
k)  The Corporation does not take responsibility for any delay, damages caused due to breakdown, accidents, mechanical failures etc.
l)  Rules of the Corporation are applicable in finalising all hire contracts.
m)  In case of low occupancy smaller vehicles will be arranged for conducted tours.
